Manji Ghashi/ Pomfret Curry ~ Konkani Style Preparation

Manji GhashiRecipe: 

Cut the Pomfret fish into slices, clean & wash Pomfret/ Manji well. Grind coconut gratings, fried red chillies & tamarind into a smooth paste. Heat a vessel. Transfer the ground masala. Add turmeric powder & salt. Bring this to boil. Now add previously cleaned fish slices gently. Cook on lower heat till soft. Season with finely chopped shallots/ onions in oil
