Mori Thallalle / Shark Fish Fry (Konkani Style Preparation)
Recipe:
Remove the skin of fish slices and clean it. Clean well with water and cut into smaller pieces. Marinate this with Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, Asafoetida Powder and Salt (To taste). Apply evenly and keep it for 30 minutes. In a heavy bottomed frying pan, add oil, keep on High flame till, now roll each fish piece with rice flour and deep fry it. Keep it on medium flame for some time. Garnish it with onions slices, cherry tomato, fried curry leaves and lemon wedges.
