Sungta Humman/Sungta Hinga Udka Randhai ~ Konkani Style Prawns Curry

Recipe:
Clean & Devein the prawns. Wash well. Soak asafoetida in water (Keep it aside). Grind coconut gratings with fried red chillies, tamarind & little water into a fine paste. Keep it aside. Now Heat a vessel, add cleaned prawns (Kept aside), little turmeric powder & water. Cook till it is cooked and soft. Now add salt & ground masala. Bring it to boil. Now keep it on low flame for 5 minutes. Add asafoetida water (previously prepared). Mix well. Switch off the flame. Drizzle with coconut oil.
