Hinga chutney/ Asafoetida Chutney ~ Chutney which is ideal with idli or dosa
Recipe:
Grind coconut gratings (1 cup) with red chillies (3 or 4), hing/ asafoetida (roasted with oil) & salt into a smooth paste. Transfer this into a bowl. Add required quantity of water. Season with mustard seeds & curry leaves in oil.
