Losuni Chutney/ Garlic Chutney 

Losuni ChutneyRecipe: 

Remove the skin of garlic cloves (10 to 12) & crush it. Heat oil (1 tsp) in a pan, fry red chillies (6) & keep it aside. Same oil fry crushed garlic cloves till golden brown. Allow to cool. Grind grated coconut (1 cup), fried red chillies, tamarind (peas size) with little water. When half done add fried garlic cloves & salt & grind into a smooth paste.
