Losuni Chutney/ Garlic Chutney Powder (Dry)~~~ A Perfect Chutney which goes well with Rice Congee/ Rice Porridge & can be preserved in air-tight container for future use
Recipe:
Heat a pan/ kadai, dry roast coconut gratings/ grated copra (1 cup), red chillies (6) and Pea sized tamarind until brown & keep it aside. In the same pan; dry roast garlic cloves (10- peeled & crushed) until slight brown. Keep it aside. When it gets cooled, grind it into a coarse powder with salt. Store it in an airtight container.
