Doodhpak/ Rice Kheer ~ An Indian sweet ~ Rice pudding prepared with milk, rice, and nuts.
Recipe: Wash & cook small variety rice (1 cup) until soft. Heat a vessel, transfer the cooked rice and milk (2 cups). Bring it to boil. Now add sugar (1 cup) & mix well. Cook on low flame till it becomes thick. Garnish with roasted cashew nuts & raisins.
